The Siddhivinayak Temple, which is inarguably one of the most revered shrines dedicated to Lord Ganesha in India and will be the first spot on your one day Mumbai private tour. Laxman Vithu and Deubai Patil built this temple in the year 1801.

Since the couple did not have any children of their own, they made this temple with the noble idea of the kind God granting the wishes of infertile couples and blessing them with children. Set against the backdrop of the mighty Arabian Sea, the shrine of Haji Ali is an essential site of Islamic pilgrimage. It was built in honor of a wealthy businessman, Sayyed Peer Haji Ali Shah Bukhari, who gave up his riches to become a Muslim saint. The mausoleum was constructed in 1431. The dargah is open to people of all religions, and every devotee is welcome to offer their prayers at the dargah.

The tomb has been made in the Indo-Islamic style of architecture built from glass. The central shrine is located within a marble. The tomb of Haji Ali is decorated with brocaded red and green cloth and enclosed in a silver frame and marble columns. The marble pillars in the main hall are carved with mirror inlay work that showcases Islamic and Arabic artwork.
